Ingredients

  • 3 cups Leftover turkey (cubed or shredded)
  • 4 cups Cooked green beans
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • cups Cranberry sauce
  • ½ cup Goat cheese (crumbled)
  • ½ cup Walnuts (optional; chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the turkey, green beans, cheddar cheese, minced garlic, and mayonnaise.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
  4. Spread the cranberry sauce over the mixture, then top with goat cheese and walnuts if using.
  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
