Instructions
- Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
- Add the shredded turkey and jalapeño to the skillet, seasoning with cumin and chili powder.
- Cook the turkey and pepper mixture for about 5-7 minutes.
- Transfer the turkey mixture to a plate and set aside.
- Warm the tortillas in the same skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Spoon the turkey mixture onto each tortilla and add toppings like lettuce, onion, cheese, cilantro, and sour cream.
- Squeeze lime juice on top and add salsa or hot sauce if desired.
- Serve the tacos warm with extra lime wedges on the side.
