Instructions
- Whisk together the chili powder, cumin, paprika, coriander, cayenne pepper, and salt in a small bowl. Add cornstarch if desired.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add the onion and cook until softened.
- Stir in the taco seasoning, garlic, and oregano until fragrant.
- Add the ground turkey and cook until almost cooked through but still slightly pink.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the meat hot with tortillas and desired toppings.
