Instructions
- Simmer the turkey in a medium saucepan with cumin, chili powder, and broth over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes until steamy.
- In a bowl, mix together the diced mango, chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, and garlic powder, then transfer to a small plastic bag for drizzling.
- Slice the avocado.
- Heat the tortillas and fill them with the warm turkey mixture.
- Top with the mango salsa and drizzle with the Sriracha aioli.
- Serve with lime wedges and drizzle with olive oil if desired.
