Instructions
- Blend garlic, greek yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper in a food processor until smooth and set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add avocado oil and red onion, and sauté until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional 30 seconds.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in cumin, smoked paprika, ancho chili powder, ground cinnamon, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Serve the turkey mixture on butter lettuce leaves topped with avocado, cherry tomatoes, fresh cilantro, and cilantro lime crema.
