Turkey Taco Lettuce Wraps

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and a pinch of salt; cook until translucent.
- Add bell peppers and garlic; cook for a few more minutes.
- Push veggies to one side and add ground turkey; cook until browned.
- Stir in taco seasoning, salsa, water, and corn; mix well.
- Once heated through, turn off heat and assemble in lettuce cups.
- Top with optional radishes and avocado as desired.
