Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the turkey for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a plate.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions in remaining oil until tender, then add turkey back with corn, black beans, salsa, chicken broth, soy sauce, chili powder, cumin, and pepper. Cook until heated through.
- Spoon the mixture into lettuce wraps and add desired accompaniments. Serve immediately.
