Instructions
- Mix the spices (chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, smoked paprika, cumin, brown sugar, salt, and pepper) in a small bowl.
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground turkey and break it into smaller pieces, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until the turkey is cooked through and the onion is soft, about 5-6 minutes.
- Stir in the spice mixture, tomato sauce, and water, and simmer for 5-6 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Spoon the turkey mixture into the tortillas and add your choice of toppings.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
