Instructions
- Blend all ingredients for the cilantro cream sauce in a food processor until smooth, adjusting cilantro and salt to taste.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the diced onion until softened.

- Stir in minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper, cooking until the meat is done.
- Mix in the tomato paste and cook for a few more minutes.
