Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven or soup pot over medium-high heat.
- Sauté onions and peppers until translucent and fragrant.
- Add garlic and stir.
- Mix in broth, turkey, beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and spices.
- Lower heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
