Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
- Add ground turkey, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Stir in diced onion and cook until softened.
- Add minced garlic and cook briefly.
- Incorporate diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken broth, and spices into the pot.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add kidney beans and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
