Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large dutch oven over medium/high heat and sauté onion, celery, and garlic for 1 minute.
- Add ground turkey and cook for about 5 minutes until almost browned.
- Mix in all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
