Instructions
- Brown the ground turkey in a large pot over medium-high heat, then drain excess liquid.
- Sauté the onion, bell peppers, and jalapeños in olive oil until softened, then add garlic and cook briefly.
- Combine the cooked turkey with the sautéed veggies and all remaining ingredients, bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and let simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- Serve in bowls with desired toppings.
