Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add ground turkey and salt, cooking until browned.
- Stir in tomato paste, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and pepper, cooking for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, drained beans, and broth, bringing to a low simmer.
- Simmer uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes until thickened.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve in bowls and top with optional toppings if desired.
