Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Slice the spaghetti squash in half and remove the seeds.
- Brush the squash halves with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Place the squash cut-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, flip the squash right-side up, and fluff the insides with a fork.
- Add marinara sauce, mozzarella, parmesan, and Italian seasoning to the squash halves.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, serve, and enjoy.
