Green Goddess Chicken Salad

Instructions
- Finely shred the chicken using a food processor or by hand.
- Combine the shredded chicken with diced celery, red onion, and sliced almonds in a bowl.
- In a food processor, blend the herbs with Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, garlic, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
- Serve with crackers, on bread, or enjoy as is.
