- Open the can of pineapple and separate the chunks from the liquid, saving the liquid for later.
- If using fresh pineapple, remove the rind and slice it into chunks.
- Freeze the pineapple chunks until solid, usually overnight.
- Once frozen, add the pineapple chunks, saved liquid, coconut cream, and collagen peptides to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
- Serve and enjoy!
