Instructions
- Blend the pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, and coconut milk until smooth.
- Transfer the blended mixture to the Ninja Creami pint container, cover, and freeze for 24 hours.
- Remove from the freezer, place the pint container in the Ninja Creami machine, and secure the lid.
- Select the 'sorbet' setting and process. If the mixture is crumbly, re-spin it two more times.
- If needed, add a small splash of milk before the final re-spin to improve creaminess.
- Serve with your choice of toppings and enjoy!
