coconut cream or canned coconut milk

lemon juice or lime juice

Instructions
- Drain the pineapple and reserve the juices.
- Blend the pineapple, coconut cream, honey, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Adjust sweetness if needed.
- Transfer the mixture to a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours.
- Remove the lid and place the container on the Ninja Creami base.
- Select the SORBET setting and process as per the manufacturer's instructions.
- Add up to ¼ cup of reserved pineapple juice and re-spin for desired texture.
