Ninja Creami Dole Whip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned pineapple, drained and juices reserved
  • ½ cup coconut cream or canned coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Drain the pineapple and reserve the juices.
  2. Blend the pineapple, coconut cream, honey, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Adjust sweetness if needed.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours.
  4. Remove the lid and place the container on the Ninja Creami base.
  5. Select the SORBET setting and process as per the manufacturer's instructions.
  6. Add up to ¼ cup of reserved pineapple juice and re-spin for desired texture.
