Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 420°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cooked quinoa, gluten free breadcrumbs, chopped red onion, minced garlic, eggs, grated parmesan cheese, parsley, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and sea salt.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
