Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, nutritional yeast, hot sauce, mayo, and salt, mixing until incorporated.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a heaping tablespoon, yielding approximately 12-15 meatballs.
- Place the meatballs on the sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes.
- For extra browning, switch the oven to broil and move the pan to the top rack for 3-4 minutes.
- While the meatballs bake, prepare the ranch dressing by whisking together all ranch sauce ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate.
- Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle with sliced green onions.
- Serve with ranch dressing drizzled on top or on the side for dipping.
