Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Panko, egg, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and chopped green onion, mixing gently.
- Form the mixture into 1½-inch meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 4 minutes, flip them, and then bake for an additional 2 minutes.
- Transfer the baked meatballs to a slow cooker and pour buffalo sauce over them, stirring gently to coat.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours until the meatballs are tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional green onion and cheese if desired.
