Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, egg, almond flour (or breadcrumbs), 3 tablespoons buffalo sauce, garlic, green onions, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Using a small cookie scoop, roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 18 to 20 minutes until browned and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
- Remove from the oven, toss with remaining buffalo sauce, and serve with green onions and your favorite dipping sauce.
