Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, egg, almond flour, ⅓ cup hot sauce, green onion, and garlic powder.
- Roll about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into balls and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 18 minutes at 400°F.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Toss the meatballs in ½ cup of hot sauce.
- For the blue cheese dip, whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Serve the blue cheese dip alongside the meatballs or drizzled on top.
