Instructions
- 1. Combine almond flour, salt, coconut oil, vanilla, and water in a food processor until a dough forms.
- 2. Press the dough into an 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
- 3. Bake the crust at 350°F for 12 minutes.
- 4. In the food processor, blend coconut oil, almond flour, xylitol, and salt until creamy.
- 5. Briefly pulse in walnuts and coconut, leaving them coarse.
- 6. Spread raspberry jam over the warm crust.
- 7. Sprinkle the streusel topping over the raspberry jam.
- 8. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
- 9. Cool for 10 minutes, then refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
- 10. Serve the bars.
