Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray or parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine raspberries, ground flaxseed, and almond extract, tossing gently.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas and mix in oats, oat flour, ground almonds, cinnamon, almond extract, salt, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil until a loose dough forms.
- Set aside ¾ cup of the dough for topping.
- Spread the remaining dough evenly in the prepared baking dish to form a crust.
- Top the crust with the raspberry mixture and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the reserved dough mixture over the raspberries.
- Bake for 28-30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
