Citrus Shallot Dressing

Instructions
- Arrange the torn butter lettuce leaves on a large platter or in a wide bowl.
- Top with thinly shaved fennel, grapefruit segments, red onion, and avocado slices.
- Mix the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Spoon the dressing over the salad right before serving and gently toss.
