Instructions
- Wash and dry the salad greens, then place them in a large bowl.
- Tear the oranges into pieces, removing the pith, and add them to the bowl.
- Add the toasted nuts and sliced spring onions to the bowl.
- Toss the salad ingredients with the Citrus Parmesan Dressing.
- Gently add the sliced avocado and give the salad a light toss to avoid mashing the avocado.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan shavings before serving.
