Ingredients

The salad

  • 4 cups arugula
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • cup diced jicama
  • 2 units navel oranges, segmented
  • 1 unit blood orange, sliced or segmented
  • 1 unit avocado, sliced

Citrus Vinaigrette

  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Pasolivo citrus olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • to taste salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine arugula, blackberries, jicama, segmented oranges, blood orange, and avocado in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together orange juice, lemon juice, citrus olive oil, honey, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until smooth.
