Instructions
- Combine the greens, oranges, avocado, carrot, beets, pepitas, and cheese in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with the vinaigrette and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Serve immediately, optionally topped with freshly-cracked black pepper.
