Winter Salad with Beets and Pomegranates

The orange vinaigrette

Instructions
- Arrange the salad greens in a large salad bowl or on a platter.
- Top with the micro greens.
- Arrange the beets on top of the micro greens and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and walnuts.
- For the vinaigrette, zest the orange and juice it into a small bowl.
- Add olive oil, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt to the bowl and whisk until blended.
- Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and serve immediately.
