Instructions
- Combine almond flour, flaxmeal, salt, baking soda, and cream of tartar in a large bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, mix eggs, olive oil, and water.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, then fold in the caraway seeds.
- Let the batter sit for 2 minutes to thicken.
- Transfer the batter into a greased small loaf pan (7.5 x 3.5 inches or 7.5 x 3.75 inches).
- Bake at 350°F for 35-45 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 1 hour before serving.
