Instructions
- Boil the eggs in a pot of cold water for 6 minutes, then cool, peel, and slice them.
- In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- Add the ramen noodles to the boiling broth and cook according to package instructions.
- When the noodles are halfway done, add the shrimp, mushrooms, sriracha, and sesame oil.
- Stir in the eggs, scallions, salt, and lime juice, then serve immediately.
