Ingredients

The noodles

  • 4 packages Ramen noodles

The sauce

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1-2+ teaspoons Sriracha sauce

The aromatics

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 teaspoons ginger

The toppings

  • 4 eggs eggs
  • 4 green onions sliced
  • to taste Everything seasoning

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and cook the ramen noodles for 2 minutes, then drain.
  2. Mix soy sauce, water, brown sugar, and sriracha in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add garlic and ginger, and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Increase heat and add the soy sauce mixture, cooking until bubbly for about 1 minute.
  5. Add the drained noodles to the skillet and stir to coat.
  6. Push noodles to one side of the pan, add more butter if needed, and crack eggs into the pan for frying or scramble them in a bowl first.
  7. Serve the noodles in bowls, top with eggs, green onions, Everything seasoning, and additional sriracha if desired.
