Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and cook the ramen noodles for 2 minutes, then drain.
- Mix soy sauce, water, brown sugar, and sriracha in a bowl and set aside.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add garlic and ginger, and cook for 1 minute.
- Increase heat and add the soy sauce mixture, cooking until bubbly for about 1 minute.
- Add the drained noodles to the skillet and stir to coat.
- Push noodles to one side of the pan, add more butter if needed, and crack eggs into the pan for frying or scramble them in a bowl first.
- Serve the noodles in bowls, top with eggs, green onions, Everything seasoning, and additional sriracha if desired.
