Instructions
- Boil water in a medium-sized pot.
- Cook the ramen noodles until al dente.
- Rinse and strain the noodles, then add them to a large pan over medium-high heat with ½ cup of water.
- In a small bowl, whisk the egg and add it to the pan while mixing.
- Add all remaining ingredients to the pan and mix until combined and the egg is cooked.
- Remove from heat, garnish with sesame seeds, and enjoy!
