Ingredients

  • 1 pack ramen + seasoning
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 whole egg scrambled
  • 2 sprigs green onion thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves black garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp spicy sesame oil
  • 1 ½ tsp tamari
  • 1 ½ tsp rice wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cracked black pepper
  • ½ tsp sambal
  • ¼ tsp chili flakes
  • 150 g soft tofu cubed
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds to garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a medium-sized pot.
  2. Cook the ramen noodles until al dente.
  3. Rinse and strain the noodles, then add them to a large pan over medium-high heat with ½ cup of water.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk the egg and add it to the pan while mixing.
  5. Add all remaining ingredients to the pan and mix until combined and the egg is cooked.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with sesame seeds, and enjoy!
