Instructions
- Blend all marinade ingredients except the chicken until smooth.
- Marinate the chicken in a shallow bowl or baking dish, ensuring the marinade gets under the skin, and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
- Prepare a charcoal fire and grill the chicken, flipping once, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, about 12-15 minutes per side.
