Instructions
- Blend all marinade ingredients in a food processor or blender until mostly smooth.
- Pour the marinade over 3 pounds of bone-in chicken pieces and toss to coat.
- Let the chicken marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 12 hours.
- Grill or bake the chicken until cooked through and golden brown, then serve.
