Instructions
- Rinse the chicken and remove the thigh bones, then pat dry with paper towels.
- In a food processor, combine all the marinade ingredients.
- In a large sealable plastic bag, toss the chicken with the marinade, ensuring it is well coated, and refrigerate overnight.
- The next day, fire up the grill and brush a bit of oil on the surface.
- Grill the chicken until golden brown and charred on both sides.
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
