Instructions
- Pat the beef short ribs dry and toss them with Magic Mushroom Powder in a bowl.
- Turn on the Sauté function on the Instant Pot and heat the cooking fat.
- Add the sliced shallots and cook until softened, then add the smashed garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the seasoned beef short ribs and pour in the marinara sauce, stirring to combine.
- Cancel the Sauté function, lock the lid, and cook for 45 minutes under high pressure.
- Allow the pressure to release naturally or manually release after 15 minutes if you're impatient.
- Check the tenderness of the ribs; if needed, cook for an additional 5 minutes under high pressure.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve topped with minced Italian parsley if desired.
