One-Pot Spinach and Artichoke Pasta

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Simmer while stirring often until pasta is cooked and sauce thickens, about 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese and lemon juice.
- Season to taste with salt and black pepper, let sit for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
