One Pot Spinach Artichoke Sausage Pasta

marinated artichoke hearts, drained

The cheese

shredded parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Add pasta, sausage, artichoke hearts, olive oil, spinach, sea salt, black pepper, and water to a large pot.
- Bring to a boil, stirring with tongs to prevent sticking.
- Once boiling, reduce heat to low and cover the pot.
- Cook over low heat for 8-9 minutes.
- Add chopped chives and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top before serving.
- Adjust seasonings to taste and enjoy!
