Instructions
- Muddle the mint leaves with ¼ ounce of simple syrup in a julep cup.
- Add the bourbon and fill the cup with crushed ice.
- Stir until the cup is frosted on the outside.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more simple syrup if desired.
- Top with more crushed ice to create a dome and garnish with mint.
