Instructions
- Rinse the rice in a fine mesh strainer to remove surface starch.
- Add the rinsed rice and 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot and stir well.
- Secure the lid and set the steam release valve to 'Sealing'.
- Press the Manual or Pressure Cook button and cook at high pressure for 4 minutes.
- Wait for the pot to come to pressure (7-10 minutes), then let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes.
- Move the steam release valve to 'Venting' to release any remaining pressure.
- Once the floating valve drops, open the lid, fluff the rice with a fork, and serve warm.
