Cherry-Peach Sangria

albarino wine (or any sweet wine), chilled

club soda, chilled

peach, thinly sliced

Instructions
- Mix sugar and brandy in a pitcher until the sugar dissolves.
- Add pitted cherries and the bottle of wine, then chill in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight.
- Just before serving, stir in club soda, sliced peaches, and thyme sprigs.
- Enjoy!
