Gluten-Free Chocolate Pie

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Crush the Cocoa PEBBLES™ in a food processor and mix with melted butter until moist.
- Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate and bake for 16 minutes, then allow to cool.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler and let cool slightly.
- In an electric mixer, beat the softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy, then add eggs one at a time.
- Stir in the melted chocolate, gluten-free flour, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, protecting the edges for the last 10 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack for 1 hour and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with whipped cream.
