Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9-inch pie dish with nonstick spray.
- Blend graham crackers, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar in a food processor until clumps form, then press into the pie dish and bake until lightly browned.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, ⅔ cup of cream, corn syrup, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Microwave until chocolate softens, then whisk until smooth and spread over the crust.
- Freeze the chocolate layer for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, microwave peanut butter chips and ¾ cup of cream until softened, then whisk in peanut butter and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Cool to lukewarm.
- Beat the remaining 1 cup of cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar until thick, then fold into the peanut butter mixture.
- Spoon the mousse over the chocolate layer and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
