Ingredients

The crust

  • 2 cups chocolate cookies, crushed
  • ¼ cup butter, melted

The filling

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter, smooth
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

The chocolate ganache

  • 1 cup chocolate, chopped
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup peanuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare a 9-inch chocolate crust and set aside.
  2. Beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until fluffy. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream until thick, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture, pour it into the pie crust, and refrigerate until firm.
  4. Make the ganache by heating the heavy cream, then whisk in the chopped chocolate until smooth. Pour over the chilled pie and sprinkle chopped peanuts around the edges.
