Instructions
- Prepare a 9-inch chocolate crust and set aside.
- Beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until fluffy. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream until thick, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture, pour it into the pie crust, and refrigerate until firm.
- Make the ganache by heating the heavy cream, then whisk in the chopped chocolate until smooth. Pour over the chilled pie and sprinkle chopped peanuts around the edges.
