Easy Peanut Butter Pie

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Combine melted butter, sugar, and graham cracker crumbs in a bowl and mix well.
- Press the mixture into a 9 or 10-inch pie pan evenly, about ⅛ inch thick.
- Chill the crust for an hour before baking to prevent crumbling.
- Bake the crust for 8 to 10 minutes and let it cool completely.
- For the ganache, melt chocolate and heavy cream together until smooth, then cool slightly.
- Spread about ⅓ of the ganache into the cooled pie crust and refrigerate to set.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peanut butter until light and fluffy.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla to stiff peaks, then gently fold into the peanut butter mixture.
- Fill the pie crust with the peanut butter filling and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to set.
- Top the pie with the remaining ganache and refrigerate for about an hour to set.
