Instructions
- Make the Oreo crust by processing the Oreos into crumbs and mixing with melted butter, then press into a pie plate and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Whip the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form, then sift in powdered sugar and cocoa powder, continuing to whip until stiff peaks are reached.
- In the same bowl, combine cream cheese and peanut butter, mixing until smooth, then add remaining powdered sugar and mix well.
- Gently fold the chocolate whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until combined.
- Spread the filling into the chilled pie crust and smooth the top.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or freeze for 1 hour before serving.
