Ingredients

The crust

  • 18 pieces regular Oreo cookies
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

The filling

  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 8 ounces full-fat brick cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces thawed whipped topping
  • ¼ cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup crushed Reese’s Pieces

Instructions

  1. Make the crust by pulsing the Oreos into fine crumbs and mixing with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish and freeze while preparing the filling.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together peanut butter, sugar, cream cheese, and milk until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
  5. Layer half of the filling onto the crust and sprinkle with half of the crushed Reese’s Pieces.
  6. Add the remaining filling, smoothing the top, and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  7. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, let the pie sit out for 20 minutes to thaw slightly.
